Information We Collect

The site may collect a first name and email address when you voluntarily submit one of our forms — for example, the reader signup or a contact inquiry.

Organizational inquiry forms also collect your organization, inquiry type, message, contact permission and submission time. You may optionally provide a city/state, group size, preferred date and format preference. These details are stored securely for Jerry to review and respond to your request; submitting an inquiry does not join the reader mailing list.

How We Use Information

• Sending occasional reader updates about books, radio episodes, and appearances.
• Responding to speaking, interview, book club, or media inquiries.
• Communicating with you about events and upcoming releases such as The Miracle Boy.

What We Don't Do

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Choices

You may request removal from the reader list at any time by contacting Jerry directly. Reasonable requests to update or remove your information will be honored.

Analytics

Campaign links may contain non-personal labels identifying a promotion's source, medium, campaign and creative. We retain valid labels in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes to connect site actions with that campaign. This attribution uses no identity or contact details, is not added to purchase links, and is skipped when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. This does not change the site's existing analytics settings.

The site may collect standard website analytics information to understand general traffic patterns and improve the experience. This information may include:

• IP address and approximate location (country, state/region, city) derived from the IP.
